Chain puller is a lifting and conveying equipment that can be used quickly and easily by attaching two open ends of a roller chain to a linking ring and pulling it out even in confined spaces. This tool pulls the two ends of the chain together when fitted to a machine.
The chain puller attached to a solid surface and connected to a standard power source can achieve a pulling force of 300. Chain pullers can also be placed in series to allow chains to hold a constant power of 300 tonnes. It is used especially in shipyards and marinas for dragging ships and barges, fixing ships in breakwaters or submerging ships vertically. Chain pulls with tensile force up to one thousand tons are produced according to need.
Horizontal chain puller, also called Hubzug, are chain puller used to pull loads in the horizontal plane. These vehicles are designed to pull heavy loads horizontally. It is used by pulling gently with the help of an arm. The hook of the hub is pulled to a fixed point and the attaching arm is pulled gradually to the load to be pulled. The chain clamping arm of the hub is designed for easy towing.
Generally, chain pulleys (hubs) are manufactured in three different types depending on their characteristics: standard hubs, load-safe hubs and ratchet hubs. The load capacity of the standard hubzug is between 500 Kg and 9 tons. Chain lengths are 150 cm.

The application is received, the contract is followed and the organization, which product, vehicle and work equipment, what type of survey or inspection is determined.
An expert team is guided by the relevant examinations and the evaluations requested by the organization are performed NDT or visually.
The data obtained as a result of the inspection is evaluated by the expert auditors and the accredited inspection report is submitted to the company.
