Expansion tanks are small tanks which are used to protect closed water heating systems and domestic hot water systems from high pressure.
The interior of the expansion tanks is divided by a diaphragm. One side is connected to the pipeline of the heating system and contains water. The other side is dry and has a valve on it to control the high pressure and add air if necessary.
When the heating system is discharged or within the normal operating pressure range, the diaphragm is pushed against the water inlet. However, as the water pressure increases, the diaphragm moves and compresses the air to the other side.
In today's advanced expansion tanks, the diaphragm prevents unwanted air transfer and helps maintain low oxygen levels in the pipes by reducing corrosion in the system. In today's advanced systems, expansion tanks are used more than ever.
Standard water heater systems force the plumbing pipes with thermal expansion during the heating process. Expansion tanks work like a safety device and help to minimize the risk of damage to the installation system. These tanks absorb the excess water volume generated by the kettle and provide safety by absorbing fluctuations in the incoming water supply pressure.

The application is received, the contract is followed and the organization, which product, vehicle and work equipment, what type of survey or inspection is determined.
An expert team is guided by the relevant examinations and the evaluations requested by the organization are performed NDT or visually.
The data obtained as a result of the inspection is evaluated by the expert auditors and the accredited inspection report is submitted to the company.
