Today, many developed countries promote environmentally friendly design and ensure that the natural environment continues to be an asset for future generations.
With environment-friendly design works, guidelines for where and how to produce are created, natural environment and natural life are protected and people's quality of life is improved.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade issued the Regulation on Environmentally Responsible Design of Energy Related Products in 2010. This regulation sets out the mandatory requirements for complying with the design of these products to provide consumers with energy-related products. In this way, energy efficiency, environmental protection level and energy supply security are provided and contributes to sustainable development.
First of all, for the products to be placed on the market, they must bear the CE marking, which indicates that they meet the requirements of the relevant legal regulations. The enterprises are obliged to ensure that the products placed on the market comply with the relevant legal regulations and prepare the European Union declaration of conformity and the technical file.
Environmentally-friendly design parameters for the products are included in the annexes of this regulation. For example, important environmental aspects related to product design are defined on the basis of: raw material selection and use, production, packaging, transport and distribution, installation and maintenance, use and disposal until the end of product life.
At the same time, the estimated consumption of resources, pollution caused by physical factors such as noise, vibration, radiation and electromagnetic fields, estimated emissions to air, water and soil, the amount of waste to be released, and the possibilities for reuse and recycling should be considered.
Weight and volume of the product, energy, water and other resources consumed during use, use of materials recovered by recycling, use of materials hazardous to human health or environment, quantity and content of consumables required, ease of reuse and recycling and the amount of waste and hazardous waste generated must be considered.
The application is received, the contract and then the product, vehicle and vehicles for which, what kind of service is determined exactly.
The necessary laboratory environment is prepared and the products, tools and instruments requested by the organization are tested by experts with the reference of the existing standards and measurements are made.
The data obtained as a result of meticulously completed tests, measurements and analyzes are evaluated and accredited approved reports are submitted by expert engineers.
