Quality policy

Our company, EUROLAB Laboratory Inc., has been serving its customers with a strong manager and employee staff, advanced technological infrastructure and international methods, without compromising the principle of independence and impartiality, and has succeeded in being among the leading institutions of our country since the day it was founded.

The success of our company has been influenced by the quality policy principles determined by the senior management and the service provided by all employees in line with these principles. The principles of quality policy, which are emphasized with precision at every stage during the activities of our organization, are as follows:

  • To continuously improve the effectiveness of evaluation and certification activities by continuously raising the knowledge and experience of employees

  • To strengthen the competence of sub-managers, employees, experts and committee members with effective senior management support

  • To follow the latest developments in the field of activity and to inform everyone in the organization

  • Performing measurement, testing, analysis, evaluation, inspection and certification services in a way to ensure continuous improvement

  • Providing services that create added value to the needs of businesses

  • Never compromise on impartiality, independence and confidentiality

  • Always standing at equal distance to the parties and not creating doubts about being objective

  • Not to be involved in conflicts of interest and to provide equal, transparent and honest service to everyone

Our organization, EUROLAB Laboratory Inc., has been accredited by domestic and foreign accreditation bodies within the framework of the following standards, in order to comply with the quality policies described above and to reflect this on the quality of the services it provides:

  • EN / ISO IEC 17021 for certification services: General criteria standard for certification bodies that make 2015 quality system certification,

  • EN ISO / IEC 17020 for inspection services: 2012 General criteria standard for the operation of various types of inspection bodies,

  • TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 for laboratory services: 2017 is the standard for general requirements for the competence of test and calibration laboratories, and

  • TS EN ISO / IEC 17065 for product certification services: 2012 Requirements standard for organizations that provide product, process and service certification

CERTIFICATION PROCESS

First Evaluation

Firstly, it is determined whether the organization meets the mandatory requirements of the standard and whether to proceed to the next stage.

Preparation of Documents

It is checked whether necessary procedures and audits have been developed and your institution's readiness for evaluation is reviewed.

CERTIFICATION PROCESS

Issue of Document

The findings that arise in the first two stages are evaluated and after all corrective actions are reviewed, document preparation is started.
