EUROLAB Laboratory A.Ş. has also participated. More than 200 academic institutions and private sector organizations from nearly 700 countries have become members of the International Telecommunication Union, and their work is closely followed in the international arena.

The last Service Quality Standardization Workshop was held at Türk Telekom Ataköy Facilities and lasted 3 days under the management of Information Technologies and Communication Authority (BTK). In this workshop, more than one hundred delegates exchanged ideas on quality standardization and discussed the positive and negative aspects of the system. During the workshop, which started with an overview of the standardization studies, the experience of quality parameters, which should be considered on the quality of service and experience in multimedia services, was conveyed by different service providers.

In this context, EUROLAB also shared its knowledge and experience on improving service standards. ITU International Telecommunication Union, the competent institution of the United Nations in the field of information and communication technologies, is known as the institution with the most accepted recommendations in the telecom sector.

The primary objective of the workshop is to establish certain rules with the contribution and cooperation of the relevant parties in order to derive economic benefits from multimedia service activities and to ensure that these rules are applicable. Businesses have always been in an effort to get rid of confusion and establish a certain order. The standards and standardization phenomenon that emerged as a natural result of this process will always exist. Standardization efforts are the result of optimum evaluation of economic resources and are an absolute necessity for societies. Therefore, EUROLAB continues to support standardization efforts wherever they may be. Ensuring that businesses provide services in accordance with the standards is a reflection of the sense of responsibility for EUROLAB.
