EUROLAB Laboratory Inc. participated in the World Halal Summit held between 29 November - 02 December 2018. This organization, which is repeated every year and organized in Istanbul under the auspices of the Presidency of Turkey, is held in cooperation with the Islamic Countries Standards Metrology Institute (SMIIC), the Islamic Trade Development Center and our country. Senior officials, scientists, businessmen and business delegations from more than eighty countries attended the summit.

The World Halal Summit is a reliable platform around the world for Halal. The summit, which brings together experts and officials from the Islamic world, contributes to the development of Halal trade and the establishment of Halal certification standards that are accepted worldwide. At the same time, new markets, trends and technologies in the sector as well as the problems and difficulties faced by the sector are also discussed.

As every year, EUROLAB participated in the World Halal Summit, the largest Halal organization in the world, and shared its views and experiences with the participants.

Among the participants in the summit, various issues were discussed in the fields of food, medicine, medicine, finance, tourism, textile, conservative fashion and cosmetics and efforts were made to raise Halal awareness all over the world.

The main theme of this last summit was awareness and sustainability in the field of Halal and healthy living. Considering that the Muslim population in the world is 2 billion and there is a Halal market of around 4 trillion dollars, the economic importance of the issue is obvious. Moreover, the issue of Halal has become an important issue not only in the Muslim world, but also all over the world. As such, the concept of Halal has become a fundamental concept that determines consumer preferences, rather than being a niche trend in the world. EUROLAB acts with this reality and stands by businesses and consumers.

EUROLAB is preparing to attend the World Halal Summit, which will be held between 28 November - 01 December 2019 this year.
